Expanding Access to Well-Rounded Courses Demonstration Grant​

The Expanding Access to Well-Rounded Courses Demonstration Grant program seeks to enhance the college and career readiness of all students through a series of online Career and Technical Education (CTE) and well-rounded education programs. With a focus on equitable access, students increase their awareness of high-growth career opportunities in their region and complete career-focused math curriculum.

Purpose and Priority

The purpose of the Expanding Access to Well-Rounded Courses Demonstration grant is to: ​
  • Improve math proficiency and career readiness through a comprehensive system that includes curricula, infrastructure, and professional development.​
  • Bridge the gap between traditional math outcomes and high-value careers in New Mexico, by connecting math learning to careers.

The C2C program seeks to enhance college and career readiness throughout New Mexico. Pathway2Careers is available at no cost to all New Mexico Schools, teachers, and students thanks to a Federal Grant through NMPED.
